How diverse is EUNOIA JEWELRY's selection of diamonds, semi-precious stones, and gemstones?

1. Diamonds
- Fancy cut: halfmoon, cushion, radiant, trilliant, lozenge, trapezoid,…

Imported directly from suppliers in India and Hong Kong, so you can combine carat, color, clarity and cut to fit your budget.
2. Gemstones / semi-precious stones
Natural stones can be cut to shape, type and size. Eunoia recommends emerald, ruby, sapphire and pearls.

What is the budget required for custom jewelry design and manufacturing?

From VND 10,000,000. The design fee is waived when you complete the order; a VND 1,000,000 deposit holds the appointment and is deducted from the piece.

How long does the custom jewelry design and manufacturing process take?

Design 3–4 days, making 7–10 days. GIA diamonds or gemstones not in stock add 12–15 days (excluding weekends and holidays). The full timeline is confirmed after the design is agreed.

What customer benefits are included when choosing EUNOIA's custom design and manufacturing service?

Two sketch concepts with quotes, one finished rendering, one 3D revision. Further changes after that are charged according to order value (5% under VND 50 million, 2% above).

What is the process for EUNOIA's custom jewelry design and manufacturing service?

A VND 1,000,000 deposit holds the design slot (deducted from the order). Meet the designer at the studio or on Zalo. Steps: consult → design → confirm the order → lock 3D → pay as specified → inspect and deliver.

Payment Guide and Payment Terms

Pay in store or by Vietinbank transfer: enter EUNOIA in the account field (account 108874771179, Tran Thi Thanh Ha). Note name and phone, then send a transfer screenshot. Bespoke: 50% when the design is confirmed, 50% on delivery. With a GIA diamond: 50% when the stone is locked, 20% at 3D, 30% on delivery.
